Key responsibilities:

● Manage day-to-day vessel operations and ensure that vessels, agents, and terminals are given proper instructions, and are performing as required.

● Own and improve service and vessel schedule reliability, anticipate delays, and initiate plans to mitigate the same.

● Liaise with owners and charterers to ensure that any changes to the vessel schedules are adjusted and communicated accordingly.

● Oversee the phase-in and phase-out activities of vessels in assigned service.

General marine execution and reporting:

● Identify and raise issues on vessel performance on assigned service and raise through the proper channels.

● Ownership of port- and vessel-related incidents, consistent follow-through, and handle communication of schedule and cost implications, and recovery plans.

● Maintain regular reporting to management and internal stakeholders on vessel, service, port, and terminal performance mainly through service bunker consumption and related efficiency measurements.

● Identify, suggest, and drive continuous improvement possibilities in our ways of working and related marine execution processes.
